Ex-CMD of Central Bank of India and National Housing Bank
S Sridhar is a banker with about 38 years of experience in commercial and development
banking of which 10 years was at the CEO/ Board level. He started his career with
State Bank of India, India's largest commercial bank where he worked for about 12
years in various capacities. He has served/ serves in various national level committees
and task forces for framing financial sector policies. He was on the Managing Committee
of the Indian Banks' Association, and continues to be a member of the Board of Management
of the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. He was Chairman and Managing Director
of Central Bank of India until May 31, 2011 and earlier of National Housing Bank,
India's regulator of Housing Finance Companies and apex Financial Institution for
housing.
Sridhar studied at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Jamnalal Bajaj
Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He was awarded the Lord Aldington Banking
Research Fellowship for the year 1984 by the Indian Institute of Bankers. He has
received many awards/ honors, particularly for his innovative business models and
institution building.

Sanjay Kumar Bhattacharyya, the former Managing Director and Chief Credit & Risk
Officer with State Bank of India, is an astute senior level banker with over 38
years of experience spanning International and Corporate Banking across geographies,
Retail Banking, Credit & Risk Management, Liability Management, Human Resource Management
as CEO of three banks, including State Bank of India, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur
and SBI (International) Mauritius.
He has participated in providing leadership to the Indian Financial System and being
in the forefront of various initiatives undertaken by the SBI Group
A graduate of St. Stephens college, Mr. Bhattacharyya was the Managing Director
of SBI from October 2007 to October 2010, and was responsible primarily for the
management of the entire credit portfolio of the bank, ensuring implementation of
sound credit and risk management policies and procedures and, in addition, being
involved in the overall management of the bank in terms of policy formulations and
strategies.

Mr. Subhash Chandra Bhargava, B.com, from Delhi University is a Fellow of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India.
Shri Bhargava brings in over 40 years of experience and knowledge in the field of
Banking and Finance. He had held number of leadership roles within Life Insurance
Corporation of India. He has served as Executive Director (Investment) with the
Life Insurance Corporation of India wherein he was responsible for looking after
investment functions like debt, equity, monitoring corporate sector, investment
in infrastructure as well as social sector which involved dealing with State Government
bodies and Central Government Undertakings etc. He was with Life Insurance Corporation
of India from December 12, 1967 till he retired in July 31, 2005. Presently he is
practicing as an independent Financial Consultant over a reputable clientele including
Banks and Financial Institutions like Bank of Rajasthan and IL & FS Invests mart
etc. He serves as the Chairman of A. K. Capital Services Limited and OTC Exchange
of India.
He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director at Cox & Kings Limited; Escorts
Limited; and Jaiprakash Associates Limited and has been an Independent Director
of Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited, as a Director of Antique Finance Private Limited,
UTI AMC Limited; A.K. Capital Services Limited; UTI Retirement Solution Limited;

Shri Ashok Kumar Dutta is a very Senior Banker having spent a career spanning over
36 years in Banking. He started his career with the Allahabad Bank in 1978 and rose
to becoming General Manager in 2010. Thereafter he joined the Dena Bank as executive
Director and retired as a Whole time Director of the Bank in 2014.
He is qualified M Sc Geology, CAIIB Banking (IIBF) and MBA Finance. He brings in
his mature experience to Strugence in all aspects of Banking.

Mr. Ashok Shinkar was the CEO – Wholesale Credit at Capital First Limited (CFL),
a NBFC, and majority owned by Warburg Pincus. Prior to which he was CFO of CFL.
Ashok was on the Board of Wanbury Limited, a Pharma company, where he headed finance
function & also handled strategy, accounts, taxation, mergers and acquisitions and
finance mobilizations
Past experiences include, investment banking experience in SSKI and JM, Morgan Stanley,
where Ashok, handled Corporate Finance Advisory; M&A; Private Equity; Debt and Equity
Structuring; and Merchant Banking activities
Ashok is a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai
and a Chartered Accountant.

Jaydeep Banerjee heads the Retail Advisory Services at Strugence. He undertakes
consulting projects for start-ups, retail expansions, leasing/re-zoning including
operations planning and execution.
He has played strategic and executive roles in retail in his previous assignments.
He was the Managing Director at Birla Pacific Medspa Limited, an integrated wellness
concept. Prior to that, he has worked as the CEO/President of the MMTC-Gitanjali
Joint Venture and held various roles, including VP, COO and Head of Operations within
the retail industry/fraternity. His engagements have included evaluation, structuring
and mergers of retail businesses.
He is widely travelled and closely understands the retail space. He has a heavy
transaction background, including start-up operations, and operations planning.
He is a published author. His first book "Serving You" is widely acclaimed and is
currently working on other books.

He has been a hardcore banker with 17 years of experience. He has worked with UTI
and IDBI(DFI). He is experienced on both sides of the Balance Sheet. He has represented
IDBI at various Judicial / Quasi-Judicial Forums viz. BIFR, AAIFR, DRT, DART and
CDR. He was also involved in setting up of Insurance JV of IDBI.
