Investor Registration is free on the Network. On registering on you will start receiving investment opportunities suiting your preferences criteria of industry sector, region and capital investment. New exciting opportunities keep getting uploaded on the network.

Step 2: Filling Up Your Form, Logging-in, clearly marking your preferences and logging-in.

Please fill up the registration form. You will receive a verification email which will direct you to the log-in page. You may get a call from us on your registered mobile number for personal verification. On logging in kindly proceed to complete your profile and select your preferred sectors and regions of investment opportunities whom you are interested, since at the time of registration the default is All. Accordingly email notifications Investment opportunities will be sent to your as and when they arise. You can then visit your account online to pursue these further.

Step 3: Investment Proposal Briefs.(IPB)

Promoters/ Entrepreneurs prepare investment proposal brief (IPB) comprising information on the Concept, Current Status, Nature of Investment (debt/ Equity/any) and Expected Returns and Promoter Background and the financial requirement details. Notification of published IPBs matching your sector/ region set by you in your profile are delivered to you. Investment Proposal Brief provides you a Synopsis and an Executive Brief of the Investment opportunity and each IPB contains buttons such as bookmark, download and meet the entrepreneur etc. for the corresponding action you may want to take on the investment opportunity.

Step 4: Communicating your Interest.

You can convey your interest to explore the opportunity by selecting to “Contact Entrepreneur”. We will then arrange your meeting with the Promoter, you may also call us on our helpline nos. or drop us an email to request a meeting with promoter of any of the opportunities on Growthvistas.
Alternatively if you are not ready yet for a meeting and would like to know more you may select the query button to raise your queries on the proposal.

Step 5: Meeting Promoters, Accessing their Data Room and satisfying your quest.

Once we arrange the pitch meeting/ teleconference between the Promoter and you, we will consequently provide you access to the Data Room which provides the detailed Business plan as well as the financials in for your reference.

Step 6: Due diligence and working towards the deal.

Strugence will assist the entrepreneurs in preparing and presenting the due diligence documents so that the process is completed expeditiously. Strugence will also catalyse the deal by helping bridge expectations.

Step 7: Book building & share price discovery

Wherever Investor interest exceeds the funding requirement for a proposal a book building process may be initiated by the entrepreneur for price discovery of the shares. Growthvistas Portal provides the facility of book-building where required.

Step 8: Deal Closure

Once the investment understanding is firmed, Strugence will assist Investors & Entrepreneurs in the expedition of the legal aspects for deal closure.
